families, carers, guardians, nominees, and representatives.
We understand that the information we collect while providing disability support
services may be personal and sensitive. We handle all information in accordance
with applicable privacy laws, NDIS Practice Standards, and our organisational
policies.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time, subject to legal and operational
requirements.

Disclosure is necessary for service delivery

Required by the NDIS Commission

Storage and Security
Participant records are stored securely through physical and electronic systems.
We take reasonable steps to:
Restrict access to authorised personnel
Protect information from unauthorised access
Maintain confidentiality
Securely dispose of records when no longer required
Access to Records
Participants may request access to information we hold about them unless legal
restrictions apply.
Requests should be made in writing to CALM by CARM.
Feedback and Complaints
Participants have the right to raise concerns regarding privacy practices without fear
of disadvantage.
